		<description>That's a King base plate that has an extra 5mm of lift in it.  The Pace fork has a lockout knob that sticks up further than other forks - rather than put the extra clearance into the frame, we used the thicker base plate - if we swap to, say, the Fox fork, the spacer goes away and the front end is 5mm lower.</description>
