Despite the massive snow storm, we had a great show this year. Attendance was good, given the awful weather. We had a lot of interest at the booth - my throat is still recovering from talking myself out. Here are some pictures of the booth and the bike we put together for the show.
This is likely the last preview I’ll have a chance to post before the bike show….a bit of a teaser this time. If you want to see the rest of this bike, you’ll have to come by our booth at the show!
Here is another preview of the Toronto International Bike Show bikes. The bike is a custom Ti road frame with a carbon rear end. The titanium main tubes are shaped and butted. The bike is built up with full Dura-Ace, FSA OS-115 stem, Salsa Pro Road Bar, carbon seatpost and a Flight Max Gelflow saddle. The frame is matched to a True Temper Alpha Q CS20 full carbon fork.
Here is a sneak peak at one of the bikes we will be showing at the Toronto International Bike Show. The bike is a 29er hardtail with a handmade OX Platinum frame, eccentric bottom bracket and a gusseted down tube. The frame can be run as a single speed or a geared bike, and is built around the Pace (now DT Swiss!) RC-29 S80 80mm fork. Currently the bike is build with a full XT build including the new shadow rear deailleur and the soon to be available XT level Shimano 29er wheels. The bike is finished of with a FSA K-Force seatpost and bar, FSA OS-115 stem and an SLR saddle. The tires are the 29er Hutchinson Pythons, run tubeless. The bike will be seeing duty over the summer as a demo bike, before heading off to BC to race in the BC bike race under David Dermont.
